Cornerways is a superb large luxury detached bungalow in its own grounds, situation on the perimeter of St.Ives in a semi-rural position just over 1/2 mile from the centre of the town. It is a very pleasant 10 minute walk to reach the beaches, of which there are four and also the town with the famous Tate Gallery, unique shops, harbour and exceedingly good restaurants. The bungalow is also well placed for rural walks and golf and bowls are available nearby.

Cornerways is very spacious and the hall leads to large comfortable and relaxing lounge with feature electric fire and glazed sliding door to dining room which leads on to the fully equipped kitchen and this take you to the utility room and small conservatory with door to enclosed patio and garden with garden seat and garden furniture. There are three very roomy pretty bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, a king size double, a double and a room with 3’ twin beds. There is room for a cot. The bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and whb and there is also a separate cloakroom with toilet and whb. To the front of the property is a terraced garden with a seat, a hammock and pond where children must be supervised.
